About the Farm.
This coffee is made by a group of medium to small scale producers from Chimaltenango, Sololá, and Sacatepequez. La Danza is surrounded by lakes and volcanoes and as a result, the farms are covered by a thin layer of volcanic ash swept there by the warm winds, known by the locals as "Xocomil". The coffee making up La Danza grows between 1,400 - 1,700 masl. The unusual weather and fertile ash creates a unique cup worthy of its cultural heritage and folklore.
