Our Serra do Cabral coffee is distinct in its flavor profile, featuring notes of tangerine and cocoa. Farmed by Marcelo Flanzer, this single-origin coffee is the result of natural processing of the Brazilian cherry, adding elements of sweetness and complexity to this medium body roast.

About the Farm.

In the 1970s, Henrique Flanzer founded EcoAgricola to promote forest conservation efforts in the Serra do Cabral region of Brazil. In 2000, Henrique's sons, Marcelo and Roberto, realized that the altitude, climate, water, and terroir were perfect for coffee production.
As part of their plan to diversify their conservation efforts, the group began planting coffee in 2006. With their first harvest in 2009, EcoAgricola Serra do Cabral became the first and only coffee producers in the region. Since that time, SdC has won numerous awards and received recognition for great quality coffee. We are proud to have a personal relationship with Marcelo and are so happy to bring his family's history to you.
