About the Farm.

La Serrania (decaf) is grown within the central cordillera of the Andes. This coffee is the product of over 50 producers who carefully hand-sort and process the coffee beans on their own farms. La Serrania (decaf) is a Natural EA (Ethyl Acetate) Decaf Coffee processed at the Descafecol plant in Manizales. The EA used in the decaffeination process is derived from 100% sugar cane mixed with mountain water, removing 99.8% of the caffeine. This process preserves much of the original flavor within the coffee while accentuating its fruity notes.
