About the Farm.

La Serrania is the result from the work of more than 50 producers located along an isolated set of mountains within the Central Cordillera of the Andes running through Pitalito, Palestina, Timana, and Suaza. The coffee cherries are carefully hand sorted and processed at each individual farm. This is a Natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) Process decaf coffee. The decaffeination process uses EA derived from 100% sugar cane mixed with mountain water, together removing 99.7% of the caffeine present. The Natural EA Process preserves the original flavors of the coffee while adding a sweet fruitiness and complexity to the cup.
