Ascension Coffee Shipping Policy
Our shipping carriers are UPS and USPS, and we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier service or weather conditions.
Orders are typically processed within one business day upon receiving your order confirmation email, with the exception of weekends and holidays. Please be aware that orders made after 10:00am CST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada and Mexico.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, upon arrival to its destination. Please note that Ascension Coffee is not accountable for these charges if they are imposed; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, an email notification will be sent to you containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking details to be accessible.
