The San Fermin coffee collective based in Planadas, Tolima aspire to take every day as an opportunity to improve and share what they have learned with other farmers that work within their group. Striving for continuous improvement in quality, the collective focuses on specialized tree care, picking only mature cherries and investing back into farm infrastructure. Producing farms are located between 1600 - 2000 masl.
