Prosperidad de Chirinos, established in 1968, consists of 817 members, over a quarter of whom are women. Located in San Ignacio, Cajamarca, the cooperative cultivates high-quality coffees, benefiting from the region's elevated altitudes. They provide a range of programs, including agronomic support, financing, and training in sensory evaluation, beekeeping, avocado farming, and more. With a strong focus on empowering women, they have established a dedicated committee and foster leadership roles within the organization. 

This exceptional coffee comes from the women’s harvest of the Prosperidad de Chirinos cooperative. It showcases a beautiful profile with delightful golden sweetness, a hint of light spice, and a crisp finish.
