Idido Women

A naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia’s Idido region with notes of raspberry, dried plum, and chocolate. After harvest, whole coffee cherries are dried slowly on raised beds, allowing fruit sugars to fully develop and contribute to the coffee’s vibrant sweetness and layered fruit character.

This lot is sourced through Ephtah Specialty Coffee, a women-led exporter that invests in training, leadership development, and economic opportunities for women in coffee-growing communities. Through its Ama Commitment program, “The Mother’s Commitment,”Ephtah helps provide women with additional income opportunities and supports long-term empowerment for women in rural Ethiopia.
