La Esmeralda

This coffee comes from producer Nicolle Ome. Nicole’s family farm, la Esmeralda is found among the mountains of Acevedo, Huila between 1450 and 1700 masl. Since 1984, the Calderon Cuéllar family has lovingly cultivated this land over three decades. For generations, the natural spring on La Esmeralda has been a cornerstone of the community, sustaining families in the village and serving at one time as the region’s sole aqueduct. Today, Nicolle aims to preserve this enduring heritage while embracing innovative approaches for the future.
