Ardi.

Ardi

A single origin coffee from Southern Ethiopia's Guji region..

Ardi is full of fruit and floral aromatics that create a vibrant coffee with juicy brightness. Natural processing captures the beauty of this heirloom variety. This coffee is collected from small holder farms located between 2100-2200 masl. The natural process imparts a unique blueberry melon experience in the cup.

Mexico

Las Trincheras.

Las Trincheras

Creamy, sweet, tipped with light floral notes, this coffee is a spectacular offering from Jose Cienfuegos, owner of the Trincheras Estate.

Located in Ohuapan, Veracruz, Mexico, this coffee is grown at 1400masl, one of the highest elevations for the state. Proximity to the Gulf of Mexico creates a colder, damper climate during harvest season often resulting in complex and delicious coffee. We are thrilled to offer this single-origin coffee grown from a single farmer.
